Being born an American citizen America is suppose to be a land of the FREE. This includes ALL HUMAN BEINGS. The French gave us the Statue of Liberty and should have/ should be practiced for all races for which it stands for otherwise it seems like a lie. I see Africa is taken over by different countries like America was taken away from Native Americans. I don't think its fair or right. Josephine Baker is such an inspiration of bravery for one person, which shows that ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. She should be recognized for her Humanitarian and Civil Rights Efforts along with the men who have received them.
